Yesterday I stepped into my basement to be met with soaked carpet and flooded floors throughout the entire basement. I called Midwest Restoration and Bill arrived within 30 minutes from my initial call. I was so impressed and would give higher than a five star rating if I could. This company has taken all the anxiety out of this unfortunate event.

My husband and I are close to 70 years old, so the thought of dealing with this disaster on our own makes me so thankful for the prompt, professional service of all involved.

I had some water that had settled into a part of my wall in my basement. Midwest was quick to get out here, open things up to see what was going on and had a plan that was completed quickly and affordable. After I received my first estimate, they were super awesome about adjusting things to work within my budget. The guys were all professional and friendly - I probably kept them all here way longer chatting their ears off than I should have! hahaha Ryan is their drywall/sheetrock guy and his work is beautiful! Quick - attention to detail, all made for a great experience. Andrew was super easy to work with as well. I wish I could remember the other couple of guys' names, because they were amazing too!! Overall - definitely recommend!

I just wanted to give a big thumbs up to the work that Midwest Restoration did at our property. Being an insurance agency, we have worked with MANY contractors and remediation companies over the years. Coyne and his team at Midwest were very prompt to get to our place and mitigate damages. They were also able to squeeze into our calendar between guest bookings so we wouldn’t lose much rental income on the property as well. All I can say is if you need restoration services - Midwest is literally the best option. 10/10 across the board.
