I had Midwest Restoration clean my carpets and furniture last week. I had contemplated replacing the bedroom carpets. Boy am I glad I didn't spend the money on that. After Brent finished the job the carpets looked brand new. Thank you Midwest Restoration for another job well done.

In lots of cases you may need a licensed Plumber, Electrician and Contractor. They can coordinate it all. Thus saving the seller time and money.
